Capture loading space
Take photographs of doors, floors, walls and permanent fittings. Name damage and record which cabinets or equipment remain in place. Remove tools that are not sold from the image.
Maintenance and sales status
Provide maintenance, known defects and availability. Please enter VAT or margin based on the correct data; choose unknown if in doubt. Have the sales records checked before you make a final appointment.
Use and transfer
If the company car is still needed for work, state it. Talk about removing pollination, included equipment, place of transfer and possibly transport.
