Show location and size
Describe moisture spots, discoloration, leakage or soft parts. Photograph the place up close and in the layout of the caravan. A single detailed picture says little about the location and size.
Measurements and repairs
Do you have a measurement report, stated date and findings. Also indicate which repairs have been performed or advised. Make clear whether a leak has been resolved according to research or is no longer visible.
Other State remains relevant
In addition to the moisture, describe the year of manufacture, layout, tires and available accessories. Name equipment that doesn't work. The whole offer is important for a possible assessment.
